Project Description

The approximately 1.8-mile-long project would consist of roadway reconstruction and parkway improvements, including:

  • Sidewalks
  • Storm sewers and curbs and gutters
  • ADA improvements
  • Bicycle improvements
  • Driveways
  • Traffic Signals
  • Lighting, signing, and striping
  • Landscaping and irrigation

Improvements on Campbell Street from Paisano Drive to 8th Avenue and Kansas Street from Father Rahm Avenue to 8th Avenue would also include reconfiguring from three,

  • ne-way travel lanes to two, two-way travel lanes.

All work would be conducted within existing City of El Paso Right-of-Way (ROW)
