As a result of local elections held in October 2010, a new Mayor and deputies were elected to the Ternopil City Council. The following events launched a new Deputies Majority formation which mainly consists of the representatives of political party “Svoboda” (Liberty), headed by the Mayor. That was the start of a new stage in the City development. OPENESS, TRANSPERENCY, COOPERATION, INNOVATIONS - these are the main principles of work of a new government.
