Quality of Life We want to hear from the community so we can refocus our effort on the topics that are most relevant for them Will use the Meet and Greet to get their input… Subcommittee meetings We plan to have regular QoL meetings Tuesday at 2pm during the week of the UEC meeting planning review progress preparation for the presentation in the UEC meeting Would like to reserve this day/time and ensure we do not have a conflict with other subcommittee meetings 2 Frank Chlebana
Feedback Form We posted flyers advertising the feedback form at the elevator corkboards Met with Deb Sebastian to see how they handle feedback. They have a web page with multiple feedback forms http://news.fnal.gov/fermilab-at-work/provide-feedback 1-2 people from each area assigned to review feedback, direct the question to the appropriate people, and respond to the sender Feedback can be submitted by anyone (not restricted to employees) Results saved on a share point site, after removing any questionable material where more people can view They offered to add our URL to their site 3 Frank Chlebana
Presentation on UEC Prepared draft slides for possible presentations in our group meetings in order to increase awareness What is the UEC Who do we represent What areas are we involved in and what subcommittees Important dates How can people get involved How can people provide feedback Want to have a consistent message – but slides can be tweaked for the targeted audience… 4 Frank Chlebana
User Suggestion Provide a way to allow short term parking for people that share cars or commute Register car Provide designated area 5 Frank Chlebana
