  10. Proposed program features • Provides a new toll payment method called Pay-by-Plate • Reduces toll rates for new and expanded vehicle classifications • Provides a discount for early payment of Video Tolls • No changes to 2, 5 or 6-axle vehicle classifications

  11. Proposed program features • No changes in discount plans such as: • Commuter Discount Program • Bay Bridge Shopper • Hatem Plans • Commercial Post-Usage Discount and Rebate Program

  13. New Payment Method Pay-by-Plate • Infrequent users of toll facilities • No pre-paid E-ZPass balance • Same rate as cash rate
