Oklahoma’s 1-Stop Shopping for Tier II data

Oklahoma has signed MOA’s with their LEPCs:

  • The facilities only have to report the Tier II data to one

place – the state.

  • The state provides the data to the LEPC’s on a quarterly

basis.

  • The LEPC’s have committed to deliver the Tier II data to

their Fire Services and others.

  • Each LEPC in Oklahoma receives $1,000.00 each year

from the state of Oklahoma as part of this MOA.

Our Mission: To protect and improve the health and environment of all Kansans.
