WHY US Every year the problem to distinguish one hotel from another is becoming increasingly important: the competition is growing, the market is full of offers, and exhibitions do not give new sales tools for the hotels. In

INFO Confirmation and participation at the event is subject to the approval of the organizers only. Please note that completing the registration form does not guarantee your automatic confirmation for the event. All registrations will be reviewed and potential exhibitors should meet the criteria for exhibition participants. Rates for participation: on request only. Included in price: participation in all events. Booking and payments must be carried out three months prior to the event, at the latest. The payment terms are strict, and not negotiable. All cancelation of participation must be received in writing by email. A full refund of the participation fee will be made if canceled up to three months prior to the event. No refund of the participation fee will be made if canceled later than three months prior to the event. A block of rooms will be reserved at each of the venue hotels. Rates will be provided upon request. Why Travel and Wedding? There’s plenty of stuff on the travel’s exhibitions and shows about hotels and destinations. But what about those who are looking for the best place for their event? It’s possible to miss the vacation if the economy goes turbulence. But wedding, birthday, anniversary? Never

Maturist to the Millennial "just marrieds" and travelling people. According the American Express Report and UK Business Visits and Events Partnership Release, only the total value of the UK event sector will rise to £48bn by 2020. Following the statistic research in Russia, the turnover of the event market is about 500 millions of dollars and it's increasing 15-20% every year.

How to pick a new clients When it comes to promote the hotel there can be hundreds of considerations to take in to account. Some hotels will have empty pockets and are able to simply throw money at every show to build their brand. Sadly, not all of us have this luxury, so how should we pick which event to go to? It’s simple in our times: just choose a new innovative and creative events. Why? Because your customer became innovative and
- creative. The new troubled economic environment, we are currently living in, has resulted in a new ways to communication with the
customers. What are your goals? Clearly define why you’re looking to take part in an event. As the saying goes, fail to plan, then you’re planning to fail. Define what it is you are looking to get from an event. Is it to understand a specific topic or market better, network with others, launch your product, promote your company, exhibit your wares, meet distributors, or simply just to do a little research on the competition. Even if you don’t have very clear goals you will still need to simply figure out what you want from a show. We give you the chance to receive a new format of the travel show, all-markets-in-one-show and both B2B and B2C customers. Established shows versus new shows? Many companies will refuse to go to new shows or will invest on a minimal scale. This can seem like a good and safe bet in terms of ensuring you protect your investment. But let’s remember, new shows can mean new format and new people to meet so look on the positive side. What’s your competitor doing? Ask the organizer if your competitors are there? If they are then what are they doing at the show? Find out why they joined.
