COURSE OF ACTION IN The European Union ENERGY UNION PROJECT TEAM • On 12 November, VP Šefčovič asked his colleagues to send him written contributions before 17 December 2014 • Each of the five pillars of the Energy Union was discussed at dedicated technical meetings between 25 and 27 November 2014: Security of Supply; Internal Energy Market; Energy Efficiency; GHG/Decarbonising the economy; Research & Innovation • A 2 nd Energy Union Project Team meeting took place on 19 January 2015 • The Latvian Presidency held a consultation with Member States and stakeholders on 6 February 2015 in Riga  Adoption of “ A Framework Strategy for a Resilient Energy Union with a Forward-Looking Climate Change Policy ” on 25 February 2015 – consultation ensued with the European Parliament, the Energy Council and the European Council, as well as other stakeholders  European Council conclusions, 19-20 March 2015, endorsed Commission's Framework Strategy

Καταπολέμηση της πείνας: βοήθεια σε υποσιτισμένα παιδιά στο Πακιστάν Αυτή είναι η ιστορία των Nathi και Ali Jatt και του γιου τους Sajjad από το Πακιστάν . “ Είχαμε χάσει κάθε ελπίδα μετά από συνεχή & δαπανηρή θεραπευτική αγωγή επί τρεις μήνες, τώρα όμως ο Sajjad πηγαίνει καλά. Χαίρομαι γιατί τώρα τρέφεται σωστά, και λαμβάνει θεραπευτική τροφή και φροντίδα δωρεάν. Έτσι μπορώ να αφιερώνω περισσότερο χρόνο στα άλλα παιδιά μου, καθώς και στις δουλειές του σπιτιού " είπε η Nathi . Το προσωπικό της ΜΚΟ Merlin παρέπεμψε τον Sajjad στο κοντινό κέντρο υγείας όπου, στο πλαίσιο του σχεδίου ΕΕ - WINS , εφαρμοζόταν πρόγραμμα εξωνοσοκομειακής θεραπευτικής αγωγής
