The Link- Sand Springs Name Branding Campaign Sand Springs Chamber of Commerce has moved into a new building to begin a new venture. The building will be the new home of the coworking suites and business incubator within Sand Springs. We are ofgering a Brand- ing Campaign for the opportunity of having your name placed on a confer- ence room or the media center that will be available to the public as well as our tenants. The opportunity to have your businesses name represented in partnership with the Chamber could be invaluable. Each sponsor will also have many other amenitjes within their package.

The Link- Sand Springs Branding Building: $10,000 5 year commitment Naming of the building; name will be placed on the buildings and inside for all to see Business will have the fjrst rights of refusal afuer 5 year commitment Business will be able to provide a mentor for the Business Incubator Name on all publicatjons that are produced by the Chamber Statjc logo on the website Opportunity of decoratjng with company merchandise in the lobby Ability for company representatjve to serve as host of the Open House the Chamber will have for the new building. Unlimited access of the conference room (based on availability) and the space may be gifued to a non - profjt on behalf of the sponsor. Building is 7000 square foot of space with 15 offjces.

The Link- Sand Springs Large Conference Room: $8,000 5 year commitment Naming of large conference room Conference room will be referred to as the “Business Name Conference Room” Statjc logo on the website Opportunity of decoratjng with company merchandise in the meetjng room Company representatjve to serve as host of the Open House with the Chamber for the new building. Unlimited access of the conference room (based on availability) and the space may be gifued to a non - profjt on behalf of the sponsor. Large Conference Room is 441 square foot and can accommodate 16 - 18 people. Standard conference room set up. This room will be used for the Chamber Board of Directors monthly meetjngs as well as classes for the cowork- ing businesses and business incubator We are recommending that the door to the conference room be replaced with a wood framed door with frosted glass and the company logo added on to the glass ($2000 addl. one tjme).

The Link- Sand Springs Media Center $2,000 5 year commitment Naming of Media Center Name placed on the wall outside of the media center in silver letuering Company may provide vinyl wording on the walls inside the media center (within our guidelines) Media room will be referred to as the “Business Name Media Center” Statjc logo on the website Company representatjve to serve as host of the Open House with the Chamber for the new building. Media Center is 107 square foot and is located in the lobby of the Chamber offjce. It will be used by all tenants that are in co - working suites or incubator as well as Day Pass tenants.
