2017 has been a quite active season

• Judging seminar, end of March
• Season start in Eskilstuna, mid May
• Practce camp with Rob Holland, beginning June
• Practce camp in Bratorsheden, beginning and mid July
• No partcipaton in NAC 
• Nils Jönsson partcipated in EAAC 2017, two frst weeks of August
• Swedish Championship held in Borås, mid August

• And then there are quite a few pilots that have been reluctant to

compete, but that may take part in compettons next year

Aerobatic schools

• Patrik Sjöberg runs Nordic Aerobatc Center at Sundbro near Uppsala,

a very actve aerobatc school

• Schooling on SE-GUV has temporarily stopped, but is expected to

resume next year

Practice airf i elds

• The only remaining airfeld close to Stockholm i Skå-Edeby. This is the

airfeld with most aerobatc aircraf in Sweden, but it is impossible to practce aerobatcs above it.

• Eskilstuna is a nearby airfeld where we have been able to practce

above the feld, but they got noise complaints and now we cannot practce there during weekends. Daytme during the work week is stll

• k.
• Bratorsheden is a very good place. A bit of a ferry to get there, but

very nice airfeld with an actve aerobatc community. It is threatened to be closed (not due to us) but we don’t know what happens.

2018

• There are ambitous ideas about various training camps
• Unclear if anyone will partcipate in AWAC 2018
• Nordic Aerobatc Championship will be held in Sweden. An idea is to

be in Skövde, we will see how it works out. Date needs to be set at MANIAC

• 2 training camps in Sweden and one in Hawaii in 2018
• Pekka Havbrandt trains the Lithuanian team for WAGAC 2018
• Goal is 3 man in Unlimited and 3 man in Advanced WAGAC 2019
