To work in partnership with mainstream schools to provide students with flexible, innovative and personalized pathways to graduation through interactive and engaging online experiences.
What is It?

“Blended” DL Centre Model
Ma Main DL Centre: Mo Mountainside Se Secondary
- meet with DL teachers
- receive face-to-face academic/tutorial support
- work on their courses
- test invigilation

ü Main DL Centre opened daily, flexible hours, between 8 am to 8pm ü test invigilation, tutorial support, tech support ü Satellite DL Centres: (at each Secondary School): open based on-site DL staff schedules ü Virtual Classroom: open Wednesday and Thursday nights from 6pm - 8pm: students and parents are welcome to attend!
Parent Role
Ø encourage your student to set timelines Ø monitor timelines Ø Set expectations and provide encouragement Ø Use ”Mentor Manager” in Moodle to check gradebook and progress Ø encourage attendance at the DL Centre Ø connect with the DL teacher through Moodle messaging, email, and phone

- Create your graduation plan
Step 2:
- Complete registration forms, available on the DL website
- Submit forms to your grade counsellor for signature
- Make sure forms are submitted to NVDLS
Step3:
- Receive your login and password (students and parents)
- Login immediately and get started: message your DL teacher, update
