Please note: It is only possible to submit your Vendor Showdown presentation after you submitted your Vendor Showdown speaker information!

STEP 1: Log into the Exhibitor Portal STEP 2: In the Exhibitor Portal task list, click on the “Vendor Showdown presentation”

task.

STEP 3: Click on the link to the submission portal Linklings. STEP 4: The Linklings submission portal Login page will open in a new browser tab. Enter

your account information and log in.

STEP 5: The “My submissions” page will open. Click on “Submit” next to “Step 2” in the

Vendor Showdown section.

STEP 6: Read the instructions carefully and upload your Vendor Showdown presentation.

Click “Submit” to save your presentation.

STEP 7: After submitting your presentation for the first time, you will receive a

confirmation email. Please note: you will not receive any confirmation emails after you update your presentation.

STEP 8: In the Linklings portal, you will be forwarded to the “My submissions” page after

submitting your Vendor Showdown presentation. You can update your submissions by clicking “update” next to the respective submission.

STEP 9: After updating your submission, don’t forget to click “Submit” to save the updated

information.
