Safety Standards v Trailer has two tow chains that will be connected every time the unit is moved. v There will be ground guides used for backing up and close quarters maneuvering. v The trailer has two hydraulic legs for stability and leveling of unit. v The trailer has a grounding wire for electrical safety. v The trailer has a three compartment sink for sanitation of equipment used in cooking. v The driver will be responsible for inspecting the truck and trailer prior to any movement of the vehicles. v We have a fire suppression unit next to the stove, and 4 fire extinguishers placed throughout the trailer for easy access. v All food handlers are certified and trained in food handling safety procedures. v Trailer has a first aid kit available.
