  3. Standup India – About Us The Stand-Up India portal is being operated and maintained by SIDBI

  4. Standup India – Scheme Guidelines Please go through the scheme guidelines issued by Dept. of Financial Services, Ministry of Finance. Access it through Stand-Up India Scheme->Guidelines

  5. Standup India – Connect Centres Stand-Up Connect Centres are SIDBI and NABARD. These can be searched based on State, District or Agency Name (eg., search sidbi to filter on SIDBI offices)

  6. Standup India – Help Centres The Stand-Up India Help Centres can be searched based on State, District, Area of Expertise, Agency Name. The broad roles of these handholding agencies are also given in the page through a link.

Standup India – Lead District Managers Applicant can approach Banks or Handholding Agencies either directly or through LDMs. Any action in the portal for handholding support or loan application made by an applicant would be available to the LDM of the State and District with which applicant has registered in the portal. The generic search is to find out such LDMs

  10. Standup India – Check Eligibility and Register (for Applicant) Applicant can check his/her eligibility by answering few questions. The portal also gives suggestions to the potential applicant based on which the applicant may choose to register in the portal. Applicants other than Stand-Up India may also register and seek handholding support and apply for loans. LDMs / Bank’s nodal user / NABARD / SIDBI / Help Centres would not need to Register. User IDs would be created through enrolment in the portal and would be sent to them over e-mail.

  11. Standup India – Registration E-mail Applicant has to login using the username / password sent to the e-mail id provided during registration. The password has to be changed on first logon.

  12. Standup India – Login Screen Applicant has to login using the password sent to the e-mail id provided during registration. LDMs, Banks, NABARD, SIDBI users would have to login using the “Official Login” link to access the portal.

  13. Standup India – Applicant Dashboard On login, by the applicant, an additional menu would appear as “Dashboard”, which would present him/her with information of the nearest LDM and Connect Centre. The applicant can select handholding agency and request them for support, fill application form where preferred bank can be chosen .

  14. Standup India – Search Handholding Agency Select Handholding Agency Send Request for Handholding Applicant may search, select and send request to handholding agency. Only one request for an area of expertise is allowed. The request would be sent through e-mail (if e-mail id is available) . The applicant may contact the Help Centres directly using the address details.

Standup India – My Handholding Agency Once service is requested from an help centre (handholding agency), the applicant may “View the Agency details”, “change the agency”, “mark the service complete “or “cancel the service” . Icons for the same are provided under “Action” . On taking the mouse over the Action icons, the action name would be displayed.

  16. Standup India – Change Agency Change of agency may be done by providing reasons for change and feedback experience and selecting another agency under the same Area of Expertise.

  17. Standup India – Fill Application Form – page 1 Application for a loan can be made by filling the application form in a few steps. After filling the details the user has to proceed to the next step. Fields which are mandatory are marked with an asterix (*).

In case for a single item multiple documents are required, the applicant must merge all these documents and upload it as a single document. The applicant can select upto 3 preferred banks in order of choice. Please read “Important Steps” on the Home page for details.

  24. Standup India – Fill Application Form – page 6 Page 6 of Application form. Applicant can Save the Application. This allows him/her to fill up remaining details or edit it later. Once all details have been checked and application form is completed, only then it should be submitted as change is not allowed after submission.

  25. Standup India – Bank User (Marketplace) When Bank user logs in he / she would be able to view the loan centre, where all the applications would appear. Various filters are available to filter on cases near the branch which may like to process the loans. The loans are marked with colour codes eg. Green flag means the loan has been applied to the Bank whose user is logged in, Blue means the applicant has chosen the bank as choice 2 or 3, Grey means the applicant has not chosen the Bank. The Bank user may “Enroll Interest (pick up for Processing)”, may mark it as Shortlist for later or mark Not interested. In case of Enroll Interest the information would be available in the History of the Application and can be viewed by other banks as well as by the applicant. Shortlist and Not Interested are only for the user to enable easier selection. Once Enroll Interest is done, it is marked as under process and Bank may “Sanction”, “Regret” . All these updates would be available for view in History against the application. In case it is “Sanctioned”, bank can mark it as Disbursed. Once any bank has disbursed, no other Bank can act upon the application.

  26. Standup India – Bank User - Branch User Maintenance The Nodal User of the Bank can add multiple users tagged to a Branch of his / her branch. These users have the same view of the Marketplace (Loan Centre). The nodal user would be responsible in maintaining the userid / password for the Bank.

  27. Standup India – Bank Branch Maintenance The Nodal User of the Bank can add new branches of his / her bank. The nodal user would be responsible in maintaining the Branch Master for the Bank.

  28. Standup India – NABARD /SIDBI user login (Marketplace) The NABARD / SIDBI users can View / Print / Download the Application / Check Action History. Various search options are provided.

  29. Standup India – SIDBI / NABARD user login (Hand Holding Requests) SUCCs can view handholding requests and filter it based on various criteria. Requests appear against each help centre and on clicking View Request we get details of the Applicant who has requested for the service.

  30. Standup India – SIDBI / NABARD user login (SUHCs / LDMs) SIDBI and NABARD can view Help Centres and they can update details of the Help Centre in case of any change in address, contact details etc. Similarly they can view and update details of LDMs
