In the year 1992, the company South Gujarat Shares and

Sharebrokers Limited (SGSSL) was started as an Association.

Converted in to the company on January 5, 1995 under the

Companies Act.

Commenced Stock Broking Business as Stock Broker of National

Stock Exchange (NSE) from April 18, 1996. (Surat’s First Stock Broker)

First Depository Participant of National Securities Depository Limited

(NSDL) in South Gujarat, December 1997.
