  • 2. Move off-leash area to Phase II
  • 3. Remove netting/fence around volleyball area

Recommendations

  • 1. Provide information on bicycle circulation and vehicle parking
  • 2. Analyze traffic calming for 23rd Ave W in Phase I
  • 3. Explore reducing fencing along 23rd Ave W at soccer fields
