The New York Bonds for School Technology Act was approved by the voters in November 2014. The approved referendum authorized the state Comptroller to issue and sell bonds up to the amount of $2 billion. It has since been re-named the “Smart Schools Bond Act”. Plainview-Old Bethpage’s allocation is $1,637,283.
