The pMSSM The pMSSM ● pMSSM: phenomenological Minimal Supersymmetric Model ● Due to some constraints “just” 19 free parameters, compared with the more than 100 of the unconstrained MSSM. ● [For completeness:] ● Constraints: ● R-parity is conserved (→ LSP, Neutralino or Gravitino, is stable). ● No new CP-violation source (all phases of soft-SUSY breaking potential are zero, just CKM-matrix leads to CP-violation). ● No flavour changing neutral currents. ● First and second generation sleptons and squarks with same quantum- numbers taken to be degenerate → have negligible Yukawa couplings. 2 LHEP, Benjamin Gerber 01.03.2013
