  9. RESPONSE TO BIDS: Seller shall review all Bids. Notice shall be given by Seller to the successful bidder by email or by telephone and followed by a written "Notice of Successful Bid." Seller reserves the right to select the best bid, at its sole and absolute discretion, which may or may not be the highest bid. Bidders are strongly encouraged to submit financial information with their bids. All terms of sale, including requirements for submitting a Bid, are specifically set forth in the Information Package. Upon selection of best offer, Seller’s agent will furnish the contract for sale and purchase to Buyer. In the event a successful bidder fails to execute the Purchase and Sale Agreement or close the transaction within the timeframe outlined in this invitation, the acceptance of the bid may be cancelled in the Seller’s sole discretion and the next best bidder, selected in Seller’s sole discretion, will be notified in the same manner as the initial bidder and will become the new successful bidder. Seller reserves the right to not accept any of the bids.
