t Description: This project includes improvements to the Intersection of 108th Street and Platteview Road. This is near Platteview High School. ■ Updat Update: – Unsigned 100% plans have been submitted and Sarpy County PW is checking through the plans prior to finalization – FHU is working on the 404 permit submittal – Midwest ROW is working with Giff Property Services to complete their appraisal
– Planning on bidding in October or November to try to get better bids due to flooding and current bid prices we are seeing. Advertisement is planned in

■ Pr Project Description C-7 ect Description C-77(1 (15-03): 5-03): The project will repave Giles Road from just east of 186th Street to just east of Greenleaf Street. The project includes grading Giles Road to a three-lane section and paving the north two lanes with a rural, concrete pavement section which will include shoulders and ditches. The project has a cost-share with Garden Oaks SID. ■ Pr Project Description C-7
(20-11): ): Being done in conjunction with C-77(13-04) - Bridge 129 at 174th Street & Giles Road. The project will construct a three-lane rural section from 174th Street to 168th Avenue. The project improvements include grading, paving, and drainage improvements including a concrete box culvert. Construction will start in November 2019 due to impacts to Scary Acres. This project has a cost-share with Southern Pines SID. ■ Updat Update: : – Projects are being bid together to gain economy of scale – Planning on the bid date of July 25th, 2019. – Construction Starts after November 1 for C-77(20-11), after Scary Acres is done for the season. Construction for C-77(15-03) starts late August/September.

t Description: Traffic analysis for four intersections along Fairview Road to determine if signals are warranted. The intersections include: Fairview Road & 25th Street, Fairview Road & 22nd Street/Glengarry Circle, Fairview Road & Tregaron Drive, Fairview Road & Williamsburg Drive. The study also will include the Fairview Road School Circulation Study. ■ Updat Update: – The School Zone Resolution is planned to be on Board June 25, 2019 (today). – The School Zone is planned to be installed prior to school start in August. – The Signal Warrant Analysis and 4-way Stop Warrant are planned to be sent the week of June 24th.

t Description: The project will improve Giles Road to a two-lane rural section with grading for three-lanes from 204th to 194th Street. Paving for a two-lane rural roadway section will be done from 204th Street to 192nd Street. There is a cost- share for this project with Remington Ridge and Remington West. ■ Updat Update: – E&A received 60% plan submittal comments from Sarpy County on 6/12/2019 – Working toward a bid date in October and construction starting in 2020.

t Description: This project will study and identify the location of a new interchange located along Interstate 80 (I-80) between the locations of Nebraska Highway 31 (N-31) interchange to the west and Nebraska Highway 370 (N-370) interchange to the east, all located in Sarpy County, Nebraska. ■ Updat Update: – MAPA is working with NDOT to update the RFP. – Sarpy received the draft for review, and has submitted comments back to MAPA.

The widening is planned to be an additional 12 feet of asphalt on the west side of 168th Street for approximately 1150 feet. This widening portion of the project has a cost-share with Southern Pines. ■ Updat Update: – Schemmer did borings and provided recommendation on pavement improvements. – Gregg is working with Schemmer to get a proposal together. We are hoping to be able to construct yet this year. – Outside of the project scope, but within the project area:
■ “Pothole” south of BNSF Bridge has been filled in and will be monitored until a fix can be done. ■ Gregg is working with Western to get an estimate to fix the asphalt and subgrade in the location of the “Pothole”.

t Description: This project will reconstruct 66th Street from HWY 370 north to Longview Road and will add a traffic signal at the intersection of HWY 370 and 66th
allow for U-turns at the newly signalized intersection. A raised "S" island will also be constructed at the intersection of HWY 370 and 60th Street to restrict left-turn lanes coming onto HWY 370. There is a cost share with NDOT for this project. ■ Updat Update: – NDOT is the lead on this project. – NDOT awarded the contract to K2 Real Estate for $961,902.71 on 5/24/2019. – No construction dates have been determined. Should know dates in a month.

■ Pr Project Description:
The project will add a signal at the intersection of 150th Street and HWY 370, as well as construct a right-turn lane on HWY 370 for traffic turning south onto 150th Street. There is a cost share with NDOT for this project. ■ Updat Update: – TD2 is working with OPPD and NDOT to get the transformer in place and to turn the signals on. There was a dispute outside of our control that was holding up turning
– Iteris is working on the new traffic study to determine if 150th will be the main connector in the area due to the dispute between developers/property owners in the area. City of Papillion is currently negotiating the scope with Iteris. The deadline for the study itself was to be done in 30 days, but the deadline has passed. – NDOT’s project letting will be pushed back to either October or a later letting in Spring 2020. – This area is in the City of Papillion’s current annexation package.

t Description: Platteview Road Corridor is planned to be an ultimate six-lane divided roadway section with 200’ ROW. ■ Updat Update: – Will be putting out an RFP in FY 2020 to plan and study the corridor.
■ Will research and provide grant writing for potential funding sources. ■ Will provide cost estimates for future projects and plan potential years for construction/phasing.

t Description: Olsson Associates is working on the 60% design for the 180th & Giles Corridor, along with other Consulting Engineers and Developers in the area. ■ Updat Update: – Sarpy County Public Works is working with Olsson to set up meetings to discuss the roadway improvements with area developers and designers. These meetings will help determine how the phasing of the 180th & Giles Road Corridor should be planned for the future.

C-77(12-02) Bridge 46 & C-77(19-24) Bridge 72
■ Two bridges were chosen by NDOT for the County Bridge Match Program – Bridge 46 – 75h Street South of Platteview Road – Bridge 72 – 120th Street South of Buffalo Road ■ Although these bridges aren’t the first choice for replacement, they are fracture critical and are in need of replacement. ■ NDOT has offered $200k in funding toward replacement of the bridges. ■ Total cost for replacement of each bridge ranges from $350k to $750k (which includes design and construction) and is dependent on whether a culvert can be built, or if a new bridge structure is required. Proposed budget is below. ■ Bridges would need to be built by December 31, 2021.
