We are recommending to Council that:

  • The building be declared unsafe under section 73 of

the Community Charter, and be declared a nuisance under section 74 of the Community Charter

  • The property owner be ordered to demolish and

remove the building to eliminate the unsafe and nuisance conditions by August 3, 2015

  • Administration be given the authority to carry out

the work if not completed by the property owner
