look for same in your replacement home.

Meets “decent, safe and sanitary” requirements

Structurally sound, weather tight, in good repair

Do I Have to Buy the County’s “Comparable” Home?

You choose the home you buy!

The County finds homes similar to yours that are currently on the market ONLY to determine the amount of relocation benefit you will need to move into the replacement home that you choose.

Whatever debt you had on your old home is the same as what you will have on your new home if you purchase a home for the amount of your relocation benefit.
