- Public Art for Scarborough Centre should
consider the uniqueness of each community, its people and their stories.
- Public art should also reflect the context in
which the art work is located.
- It should be made professionally, responsibly
and with integrity from materials that do not harm the environment and that are safe to be in the public realm.
- Public art works should be innovative and
