(The Romanian Health Forum: Improving the medical system for Romanians) What we did:
- Saturday morning meeting
- Romanian Orthodox Church, Preston
- Refreshments
- Facilitators (myself, 2 Romanian junior doctor colleagues)
- Discussion questions
- Post-meeting team debrief
What would Romanians think about a research project on:
a) Their experiences of going to the GP? b) How to make healthcare easier to use for Romanians? c) How doctors can help those finding life hard in the UK? (Stress, anxiety, low mood, depression, thoughts of suicide)
What would be the best way to:
a) Invite people to take part? b) Undertake this research?
What would make Romanians more/less likely to take part?
