PROJECT APPROACH

Communication:

  • We view each project as a one of a kind. It is

crucial that our production team develop a special relationship with your staff. Our goal as a contractor is to ensure that the concept, design and ultimate final presentation is in clear focus throughout all phases of development. The client and all members of the project team will be briefed during all phases of final design and

  • construction. ADM2 sees this as a process it must

go through to produce the results that are wanted and intended. Communication with all facets of the creative team is absolute to guarantee that the components are produced to meet the design criteria, accommodate the specifics of the facility, and meet the expectations of the client. Research:

  • After complete review and evaluation of all aspects
  • f a project, we research all avenues of production

methods to ensure the highest quality of

  • fabrication. Each item of construction in the

exhibition is looked upon individually to make certain that each facet of the exhibition is produced to design specifications while achieving the highest quality in the most cost effective

  • manner. In our research process we review

methods, materials and vendors continuously to achieve our goals. Procurement Process: ADM2 evaluates competitive bids within each phase of a project. Selected vendors are designated based upon quality of product/service provided, consistent and timely delivery, overall competitive Museum exhibit fabrication requires a complete understanding of the museum’s goals and expectations; an extreme attention to detail and an expansive knowledge

  • f construction methods to ensure each project is completed on time and on

budget.

INSURANCE

ADM2 protects its own facilities and property with commercial

  • coverage. Primary coverage for General Liability is a one million

dollar policy (with an additional umbrella). We offer a choice to our clients as to how their exhibit properties are to be insured. Most of our clients choose to insure their exhibit properties under their own Corporate General Liability and Property Insurance coverage. Should they choose not to exercise that option, ADM2 can provide insurance coverage for exhibit properties stored within our warehouses at rates based on replacement cost of the actual properties. Upon request, copies of all insurance policies currently in effect for ADM2 (Commercial General Liability, Commercial Crime, Commercial Property, Employee Benefits Liability, Commercial Inland Marine, and Worker's Compensation / Employers Liability) will be forwarded to the Secrets of The Sea organization.
