SCAN

IN AN IDEAL WORLD

Users scan the print journal (on their smartphone (using an app)

  • r at designated scanners in the

library) to indicate usage.

ELECTRONIC RESOURCE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

This information would feed into an ERM system and enable us to run reports with all of our data.

TIME SAVED

Staff would not need to go up to check if any items have been left

  • ut, record them and input them

into a system. Time saved could be used to produce infographics.
