Active Minds – What are we doing?

Work with health professionals within the NHS and community wide to

  • ffer a referral pathway for those with a mental health condition/s to

take up physical activity. Where appropriate integrate clients into site wide activities including the gym, Step Forth, swimming and sports.

What will it cost? £20 per month, £2 for classes and groups
