Architect to assist in procurement and GMP.

  • 2. Zero Net Energy and LEED certification
  • 3. Estimated construction cost (including interior T.I.) is
  • approx. $65-80M (121k-156k GSF).
  • 4. Schedule:

i. Design phase tentatively starts – November 2017 ii. Construction completion around – Q4/2020.

  • 5. A/E Team – include proposed sub-consultants in fees.

The County reserves the right to alter any sub- consultants.
