Successful team with a proven track record. BOLD’s Team participated in a number of discoveries:

  • Ring of Fire: Eagle One, Eagle Two and AT-12 Nickel-Copper Massive

Sulphide Deposits, Blackbird chromite deposit and Thunderbird vanadium showing

  • Blackhorse chromite discovery made by Fancamp and further

developed by Bold Ventures and KWG Resources

  • Eagle River Mine (Wesdome Gold Mines Ltd.), recently surpassed 1

million ounce gold production

  • Windfall Lake (Osisko): the Windfall Lake Project is estimated at 2,382,000

tonnes with an average grade of 7.85 g/t Au for 601,000 ounces of gold and the Inferred mineral resource is estimated at 10,605,000 tonnes with an average grade of 6.70 g/t Au for 2,284,000 ounces of gold, using a 3.00 g/t Au lower cut-off grade (May 2018 Mineral Resource Estimate).

  • The main zone discovered in 2017 is located in the Marmion Lake Batholith,

host to the Agnico Eagle’s Hammond Reef deposit of 5.31 Moz Au, which includes a Measured Resource of 75.3 Mt @ 0.75 g/t Au for 4.5 Moz Au (Agnico Eagle, 2019) and an Indicated Resource of 54.1 Mt @ 0.61 g/t Au for 1.06 Moz (Puumala 2020).

  • The claims host a well-defined gold-bearing structure along a northeast splay of

the Quetico Fault.

  • Recent trenching and diamond drilling (2018) have identified a gold-bearing zone
  • f at least 300 m in strike length associated with a well-defined sheared quartz

vein surface exposure from 15 to 30 m wide.

  • Diamond drilling results include 4.76 g/t Au over 3.8 m (Hole BED-17-016) and

1.07 g/t Au over 22.2 M (Hole BED-17-005) and 37.3 g/t Au over 1.0m (Hole BED- 17- 003) (Sims 2019).

  • The gold bearing horizon is open along strike in both directions. The 2017 and

2018 diamond drilling was near surface and tested above 100m. One hole (BED- 17-022) in the central part of the zone did penetrate to almost 150m and intercepted the zone where it remains open at depth.

  • Located proximal to the Quetico fault system in the Superior Geologic Province of

Northwestern Ontario

  • Historical work included stripping, trenching and diamond drilling. Historically, the

area has seen extensive exploration activity primarily for gold

  • Bold has carried out IP surveys and prospecting
  • The IP survey outlined a total of 14 anomalies
  • 62 samples were taken from different parts of the property and values ranged from

<5ppb gold up to 14,403 ppb gold (14.4 g/t gold). Of this total, 16 samples returned values greater than 100 ppb gold and six returned gold values greater than 1,000 ppb (1g/t gold)

  • A number of areas of coincident, anomalous IP and gold (in grab samples) have

been recommended for further delineation and diamond drilling

In addition to Noront’s Ring of Fire discovery, there is good evidence for more metal to be discovered. “The Ring of Fire is a truly extraordinary mineral discovery due to the various types of deposits… the Ring of Fire could ultimately produce between $30 billion to $50 billion worth of these metals and perhaps another Kidd Creek ore body, which has been in operation since the mid-1960s in Timmins.”

  • James Franklin, chief geoscientist at the Geological Survey of Canada

from 1993 to 1997. He is one of the country's top experts on the Canadian Shield geology underlying northwestern Ontario, including the Ring of Fire.

meters from Noront’s Eagle’s Nest

  • Koper Lake is owned by Fancamp Exploration, where BOLD holds an
  • ption to earn up to a 100% working interest in the Koper Lake

Property

  • BOLD has the option to earn 50% through option payments totalling $1.5

million and incurring exploration expenditures on the property of at least $8 million over a 3 year period

  • Bold has earned the first 50% by satisfying the terms of the option
  • The next 10% (for a total of 60% working interest) can be earned at any

time by delivering a positive feasibility study and by making a cash payment of $700,000 in cash and/or BOLD stock

Once the 60% has been earned, BOLD has two options to earn the remaining 40%

  • To earn an additional 20%, BOLD must pay $15 million in equal

installments over 3 years, half in cash and the balance payable in

  • stock. Fancamp to retain a “Carried Interest” (the remaining 20%)
  • BOLD can earn the remaining 20% (or Fancamp’s 20% Carried

Interest) in exchange for a 2% Gross Metal Royalty (GMR) from the sale of all metals and mineral products from the Koper Lake Property, earning BOLD a 100% interest

  • GMR held by Fancamp may be scaled up to 4%

BOLD’s Koper Lake Interest Optioned to KWG

34

  • On February 4, 2013, BOLD optioned its Koper Lake interest to KWG Resources Inc.
  • BOLD acts as the Operator of the initial exploration program where 100% of the
  • ption payments and exploration expenditures will be funded by KWG
  • Bold has now earned its 50% interest in the Koper Lake project - KWG is Operator
  • Dundee Subco has right to participate up to 1/3 in Bold’s Ring of Fire Interests
  • Terms of the Agreement:

Chromite:

  • KWG has earned a 40% interest in Koper Lake chromite
  • BOLD and its Co-Venturer, a subsidiary of Dundee, retain a 10% “carried” interest in

the Koper Lake chromite Nickel and Non-Chromite:

  • KWG has earned a 10% participating interest in “all other metals” at the Koper Lake

Project.

  • BOLD and its Co-Venturer, a subsidiary of Dundee, retain a 40% participating interest

in “all other metals” at the Koper Lake Project

  • KWG will have a right of first refusal to purchase all ores or concentrates

produced by the joint venture whenever its interest exceeds 50%
