Black Arroyo Trail Construction Project, Phase 2 • Bid Highlights – The bid includes: • Clearing, grubbing, and installation of approximately 2,400 LF of base course trail (includes bridge length) • Installation of one arroyo crossing (one bridge with abutments) • Installation of grade control structure in arroyo at bridge crossing location 7

Black Arroyo Trail Construction Project, Phase 2 • Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) – The successful bidder shall develop and implement the plan. – The successful bidder will need to file a Notice of Intent (NOI) for the project with EPA. SSCAFCA will also file an NOI as the Owner. – No work on the project shall commence until the mandatory waiting period after filing the NOI is complete 8

Black Arroyo Trail Construction Project, Phase 2 • Bid Schedule – Last day to submit written questions is Thursday, November 3 by 5:00 PM • Submit all questions via e-mail to dcasaus@sscafca.com – SSCAFCA will post responses to written questions on web page (http://sscafca.org) by Monday, November 7 by 5:00 PM – Any Addenda will be issued by SSCAFCA by Monday, November 7 by 5:00 PM. Addenda will be posted to the website. Aside from posting on website, no notification will occur. – Bids are due to SSCAFCA by 3:00 PM on Thursday, November 10. Public bid opening shortly after 3:00 PM. 9

Black Arroyo Trail Construction Project, Phase 2 • Project Schedule (post bid): – SSCAFCA, in consultation with NMDOT will determine the lowest responsive bidder by November 17 – SSCAFCA will request Board of Directors approval to contract with lowest responsive bidder on November 18. – SSCAFCA will continue to work with NMDOT and the lowest responsive bidder to finalize contract. 10
