Daylight and biophilia were utilized to increase the quality of the workspace environment. A Large atrium provides added lighting comfort and connection to nature.

Funan will become the creative hub of the city, where office workers, innovative retailers and the surrounding community come together in a collaborative stage. Creative clusters, active design environments, urban farms and green terraces, as well as a theater and a series of social and public spaces define what the retail environment of the future looks like.

Focusing on children, seeing space from their point of view, the interior design changes. We designed pods, colored to be attractive to children, and turned downwards to lower the position of the handrail and prevent it from being at the height of children’s field of vision.
