  2. NATIONAL AUSTRALIA BANK MELBOURNE, AUSTRALIA Integrative approach and consultation generating design innovation and change. The design re-imagined what a bank of today should look like, inverting the typology of a traditional tower into a horizontal building, lifted up to connect to the city, with a full-height central atrium bringing in lighting and thermal comfort.

  3. Daylight and biophilia were utilized to increase the quality of the workspace environment. A Large atrium provides added lighting comfort and connection to nature. PIONEER PLACE HONG KONG

  4. FUNAN SINGAPORE Funan will become the creative hub of the city, where office workers, innovative retailers and the surrounding community come together in a collaborative stage. Creative clusters, active design environments, urban farms and green terraces, as well as a theater and a series of social and public spaces define what the retail environment of the future looks like.

KIDS MALL DONGGUAN ADULT SIGHTLINE 1100mm CHILD SIGHTLINE CHILDREN SIGHTLINE AT HANDRAIL HEIGHT COLOR SPACE OPEN VIEW CHILDREN AND ADULT SIGHTLINE EXPANDED IN PODS Focusing on children, seeing space from their point of view, the interior design changes. We designed pods, colored to be attractive to children, and turned downwards to lower the position of the handrail and prevent it from being at the height of children’s field of vision.

  6. Innovation in healthcare design originates from the understanding of how research plus collaboration generate change. “Bump spaces” are located at the center of the design, connecting the workspace and allowing researchers to meet and generate innovation through impromptu conversations and exchange.
