Educational Pathways Community Partnerships
PORTERVILLE COLLEGE
Porterville College enjoys a strong partnership with the various community agencies, business and industry and other educational institutions to streamline, coordinate and create specific and systematic educational pathways for students. These educational pathways provide our local students with training and education to feed into the workforce or, provide them with the appropriate transfer degree that will allow them to further their education. Community College are strategically placed between high schools and four- year colleges and universities and have had a history of meeting the needs of the local workforce. By streamlining and coordinating our efforts, our strategies, our resources, and our goals, we become more effective and efficient to better engage and prepare students to be successful no matter where they are hired in their future.
Educational Pathways + Community Partnerships = Student Engagement & Success Educational Pathways + Community Partnerships = Student Engagement & Success
