MADAGASCAR - BLOCK 1101 OVERVIEW

Block 1101 Prospectivity:

 Source Rocks: 4

  • il

prone source rock intervals present across the Block  Reservoir: Triassic Isalo & younger Jurassic sandstones.  Multiple Trap types present  Aeromagnetic confirms deep >8km sedimentary basin

  • Work completed:

 Drilling & Coring of 2 wells in late 2014 confirming evidence of a Light Oil Play  2D Seismic & Geological Field Work & Mapping

  • Focus Areas:

 Ampasindava: The main area

  • f

focus, where Oyster has identified two very large anticlinal closures where reservoir depth are relatively shallow. A FTG gravity survey is scheduled Q4 2017 to better define the structures.  Ambilobe: A separate basin with 2 Leads identified, 1 containing a Prospective Resource

  • f

Gross un-risked P10 1,233MMstb, P50 270MMstb (RPS). Further data needed before drilling decision.  Ankaramy: 2 wells drilled & cored in 2014, confirming light oil play at the site of the 1902 “discovery”.

OYSTER OIL – INVESTMENT PLANS FOR BLOCK 1101

  • Oyster Oil Executive Team have a long history with Block 1101, the PSC

was signed in 2006 by the Team with the Government of Madagascar under my previous company (Candax)

  • I formed Oyster in 2012, with the specific objective of re-acquiring a direct

interest in Block 1101, due the potential for major new conventional discoveries that we believe exists in Madagascar & specifically in Block 1101

  • Oyster has worked very closely with the Government (specifically OMNIS) to

resolve and rectify matters (following the bankruptcy of the previous

  • perator); all these matters have been resolved and operational work has

commenced

  • We will be completing the structural mapping of the main proposed drilling

locations, with an FTG Airborne unit being mobilised from USA in Q4 2017

  • We plan to drill these very large (light/medium oil source) prospects/plays in

the next 18 months

OYSTER OIL – MADAGASCAR WORKING TOGETHER

  • Oil exploration is a partnership, between all stakeholders; investors, oil

company’s, governments, communities and other interested parties

  • Success only comes when these stakeholders work together in a

responsible and constructive manner. The work done by OMNIS/Oyster in the last 18 months is a excellent example of achieving positive results for all

  • Oyster is taking the significant frontier exploration risks necessary to open

up these opportunities

  • Oyster is fully aware of the unique and very special significance that the

environment plays in any planned investment in Madagascar

  • We have already commenced discussions on these matters with various

Government bodies - ONE, OMNIS and relevant NGO’s. But it is clear, certainly within the NGO’s there is almost no experience about oil operations

  • Oyster is proposing to hold a seminar in Antananarivo in Q4 2017, to bring

together all stakeholders in a constructive and open manner so that we can all achieve an effective and positive programme together

OYSTER OIL – OIL & ENVIRONMENTAL SUCCESS

Madagascar? No, UK

  • Poole Harbour is located
  • n the south coast of UK
  • An Area of Outstanding

Natural Beauty

  • A designated SSSI (site of

special scientific interest)

  • UK & European Special

Environmental Protection Area

  • Poole Harbour borders 3

National Nature Reserves POOLE HARBOUR IS ALSO IS THE LOCATION OF ONE OF THE LARGEST UK OILFIELDS – WYTCH FARM

  • Producing for over 50 years,
  • Outstanding Environmental Record
  • Maximum daily production volumes ~110,000 bpd
  • Thus at todays oil price of $50/bbl. – Annual Revenues of ~$2 Billion per year
  • Oyster has mapped Ampasindava as several times larger than Wytch Farm
slide-13
SLIDE 13
  • Oyster Oil is proposing to lead a major investment programme in Madagascar
  • We believe that Madagascar is significantly under-explored

& holds great potential in both the mining and oil/gas sectors

  • We believe that Madagascar needs to redefine its energy future outlook; the right

investments done in the right way will be nationally transformational

  • Working with companies like Oyster Oil to add huge, long term economic wealth

which will impact both the national economy and local communities in a environmentally responsible manner

  • Oyster Oil has had a very positive experience of working in Madagascar and thus

we are keen promoters and advocates to outsiders of doing business in Madagascar including to other governments, investors/institutions/bankers etc.
