  • Notice to Proceed (NTP) was July 27, 2017.
  • Site clearing, grading and retention pond were completed in October.
  • Tilt wall panels were completed in November .
  • Structural Steel Erection was completed in December.
  • Roofing work is 30% complete.
  • Installation of deep storm drainage is ongoing.
  • Framing and Mechanical/Electrical/Plumbing above ceiling installation has started.
  • Project is 40% complete.
