Construction Update and Milestones :  Notice to Proceed (NTP) was July 27, 2017.  Site clearing, grading and retention pond were completed in October.  Tilt wall panels were completed in November .  Structural Steel Erection was completed in December.  Roofing work is 30% complete.  Installation of deep storm drainage is ongoing.  Framing and Mechanical/Electrical/Plumbing above ceiling installation has started.  Project is 40% complete. 5
