Provide enhanced bicycle and pedestrian accommodations that provide a direct route from the Greenway on Pennsylvania Avenue to the intersection of NYS 434 & Murray Hill Rd, which provides network connectivity for non-motorized transportation, limits motorized vehicle conflict points, and provides a facility that is separated from the road to the extent practical.
