- March 3 started Phase II
- Phase II - Closure at Bois d’Arc Creek
- Removed care of water berms/excavating creek bed to reach good foundation
- March 20 cofferdam overtopped
- 7-8 inches of rain 11 consecutive days of measurable rainfall
- March 27 – April 8 cofferdam rebuilt to 495
- Recovery schedule submitted
- Embankment is the critical path
- AW (P&J) working double shifts starting April 20th
- Expect double shifts to continue until end of summer 2020
- AW (P&J) continuing to place concrete at Intake and Service Spillway
