What can the funds be used for?

  • Personnel (salaries/fringe benefits)
  • Other direct costs (e.g., supplies, printing, mailings, public notice

publication, travel)

  • Indirect costs (Indirect costs and fringe benefits should be estimated using

an approved negotiated cost agreement. Entities that do not have such an agreement can elect to charge a de minimis rate at 10% of modified total direct costs.)

  • Projects must comply with HUD requirements for
