  • If you don’t have to incorporate, don’t.

– Extra costs (legal, insurance for the Board). – Extra bureaucracy to satisfy corporate government laws and regulations.

  • Don’t underestimate the amount of

administrative support you will need. A good administrative team is worth the expense.

  • Although tedious, developing solid policies

and procedures is essential and will simplify things later.
