Call a Health Care Concierge

Use the number on the back of your member ID card:

  • Monday through Friday: 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
  • Saturday: 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.
  • Notify the Concierge that you are an HMO member

Treatment for up to 24 common conditions, such as:
