• Our flavored vodkas allow bartenders to reduce steps in

making cocktails, and to reduce the use of other ingredients. This reduces pour costs and keeps margins high while delivering a better tasting cocktail to the consumer.

• Wine – for distilling into vodka, brandy and other spirits –sourced from WA

• Water – sourced from our private water system, fed by 8 artesian wells. No

chlorine, no fluoride, low iron, no chemical treatments needed. Naturally soft, providing a long finish for our spirits.

• Mashing, fermentation and distillation on site
• Barrels – custom sourced from Toneleria Rodriguez, an artisan family-run

cooperage in Spain. 53 gallons, new America white oak. Custom charred for us.
