Great raw ingredients, water and processes • Custom stills made in Italy • Efficient production capabilities • In-house bottling lines • Grains: • Rye grain – sourced from Mossett family farm in Saskatchewan • White Wheat – sourced from the Scrupps family farms in Odessa, WA • Corn – sourced from St. John and Moses Lake, WA • Barley – malted in Vancouver, WA • Wine – for distilling into vodka, brandy and other spirits – sourced from WA wineries • Water – sourced from our private water system, fed by 8 artesian wells. No chlorine, no fluoride, low iron, no chemical treatments needed. Naturally soft, providing a long finish for our spirits. • Mashing, fermentation and distillation on site • Barrels – custom sourced from Toneleria Rodriguez, an artisan family-run cooperage in Spain. 53 gallons, new America white oak. Custom charred for us.
