Right to Equality
– Article 14: Ensures equality before law – Article 15: Prohibits the discrimination on the ground of religion, caste, race, sex or place of birth – Article 18: Abolition of titles
Right to Freedom
– Article 19: Right to freedom of speech – Articles 21: Protection of life and liberty
Right to Freedom of Religion
– Article 25: Ensures freedom of conscience and free profession, practice and propagation of religion – Article 26: freedom to manage religious affairs – Article 27: Freedom as to payment of taxes for promotion of any particular religion – Article 28: Freedom as to attendance at religious instruction or religious worship in certain educational institutions

the right to establish and administer educational institutions of their choice
– In making any law providing for the compulsory acquisition of any property of an educational institution established and administered by a minority, referred to in clause ( 1 ), – the State shall ensure that the amount fixed by or determined under such law for the acquisition of such property is such as would not restrict or abrogate the right guaranteed under that clause
discriminate against any educational institution on the ground that it is under the management of a minority, whether based on religion or language
