Objectives

  • Replicate all features of the current CTMS and to add holistic workflow

management for key business processes.

  • Facilitate many additional ‘out of the box’ functions previously not

available such as:

– Management of all Mineral Title obligations over the life-cycle of licenses – Generation of official documents and letters – Email and Sms notifications to internal and external stakeholders – Improved security and authorisation features – High level of audit functionality for governance and monitoring – Many standard reports that can be generated and distributed automatically – Link related official documents to business objects as appropriate

  • Provide a public view only map portal for external stakeholders to view

license shapes on a map over the internet.

Shape sync tool to GeoSurvey

Namibia has a virtual feature class set up so that an Export runs as a scheduled task daily at 6 AM from C:\Data\Scripts and exports to C:\ShapeFileExport

GeoSurvey then imports this shape file into their system with shape and business data
