  • How to fix? Log out of iCloud and log back in. Maybe throw a reset in between.
  • On Mac - Apple Menu (top left) -> System Preferences -> iCloud -> Sign Out

On iOS - Settings -> iCloud -> scroll to bottom -> Sign Out

  • Make sure Services are turned on.
  • In iCloud,make sure the slider you want is turned on
  • Don’t have an iCloud Apple ID?
  • Link to create one from iCloud Settings/System Preferences

On web - https://appleid.apple.com/account When signing in to new device

  • Can’t log in? Go to www.icloud.com and test / reset pw / unlock
