  2. TIRE- TREADS, also called “BANDS” With our exclusive “Deconstruction Technology” we are able to peel the tires like an orange. This process is how we get the tire- treads (average 1800mm x 140mm rubber strips – authentic metal free tire rubber pieces). The bands come originally with a TEXTILE REINFORCEMENT which can be maintained or removed with a splitter machine. Furthermore, we can adapt the thickness of the bands to the needs of each client. 1

  4. Description of the product: Raw Tiretread The raw tire-tread is the product that we obtain initially in the deconstruction process. With the properties of an authentic tire and 100% free of metal. It has always a textile reinforcement (nylon or aramid) in the opposite side of the tire pattern. As for the dimensions, there is a small variation among models (“V”, “I” and “C”) and also there is a small margin of tolerance for length, wideness and thickness.
