Other big players

 We are an SME that manufacturers hydraulic, pneumatic and

engine components for commercial vehicles.

 Products range from connectors, sockets, pins to washers.

Raw material for these components are bright bars and forging.

 We also manufacture brake components such as Torque Plate

and Plumber Block (casting).

 Along with the conventional machines, our setup includes 48

CNCs, 16 VMCs and 3 VTLs.

 We started small

• One robot on two machines in June 2017

 Results were truly encouraging  Economically too it was a success  Operators’ interest at work increased

 No point resisting automation. It is a reality  Manpower appreciates, system depreciates  Comparative cost analysis is paramount  Robots will not replace but help humans grow

 We have

• 2 Gudel Gantries catering to 6 CNC Machines
• 6 UR Cobots catering to 12 CNC Machines
• 2 Yaskawa Robots catering to 4 CNC Machines

 Our new plant will be fully automated  Each cell will have 4 machines and 2 robots  Installing 3 such cells to start with  More to come in near future

 Our major customers include Tata Motors, Cummins India

and Brakes India.

 We have another facility - Steel City Metal Products Pvt. Ltd.

where we manufacture U Bolt, Shackle Pin and Rocker Arm for Tata Motors.

 Installing a completely automated plant in Jamshedpur. We

will also be supplying to Automotive Axel from this plant.
