Valid Letter of Good Standing or equivalent, i.e. COID, RMA or FEMA, Valid letter of good standing for Electrical Contractors e.g. Compensation for Occupational Injuries and Diseases (COID), Rand Mutual Assurance (RMA), Federal Mutual Assurance (FEMA) and tender letter (letter to tender) issued by DOL will be accepted. 8

Health and Safety Policy Company SHE Policy signed by CEO or MD. The SHE Policy statement must be actionable . 9

Medical Certificates or Medical Surveillance Programme Medical surveillance programme or Minimum 2 x Medical Certificate done by the Occupational Health Practitioner, i.e. Occupational Medical Doctor/ Occupational Health Nurse must be accepted 10

Fall protection Plan 1.Fall protection plan(Fall Protection Plan should address the scope and addressing the risk of fall and rescue) 2.Fall protection risk assessment 11

Substance Procedure Substance Abuse Procedure for the company should be provided . 12
