  9. Leask Marine Limited Our Core Team • Douglas Leask, Managing Director As founder of Leask Marine in 1985, Douglas has extensive experience working on all types of marine projects. As a Master of a coded vessel and a highly experienced ADC diving supervisor and ex-diver, he is able to provide support and consultancy to you for marine projects to ensure you meet your objectives in a safe and cost effective manner. Oliver Bethwaite, Operations Manager As Leask Marine's Operations Manager Olly is a highly experienced Vessel Master, ADC diving supervisor and diver, with over 10 years in the marine industry, With a wide array of completed and unique projects under his belt. He is heavily involved in the operation of Leask Marine and is at the forefront with all major Leask Marine contracts. During the early stages this includes working with your team to develop the solution and proposal required for your project . John F Macleod, Commercial Manager John compliments the corporate management team as an energetic commercial manager with over 35 years' experience in operations, marine and fleet assets, facilities, logistics, commercial and procurement roles. John's role covers contract management, health and safety, environmental and quality management, marketing, information technology, aquaculture management, human resources and legislation. Sandy Bremner, Engineer Civil Engineer with over 25 years experience on both client and contracting side. Design and build experience of road, bridge and pier contracts in the North of Scotland. Recent years involved in marine renewables assisting developers with the many challenges in building, deploying and maintaining their devices in extreme conditions.
