  • New Procurement person tested the market using

BUS242.

  • Initial supply of product from a new Supplier was $14,000

cheaper than existing Suppliers quote for 160 tonne 7mm premix

  • Subsequent RFQ for 250 tonne same material, four

quotes from $58K to $115K. Original Local Supplier was lowest.
