TA42 Overview • Library and Heritage Plan 2013-2017 in final stages. • An interim plan will be developed whilst in transition to the new library and museum in the new Community Centre. • Will be reviewed annually until a move in date has been set for the new building. • Transition to a new plan will link with the opening of the CITY OF BELMONT new building.
