We can change sunlight directly to electricity using solar

• cells. Every day, light hits your roof's solar panels with

photons (particles of sunlight). The solar panel converts those photons into electrons of Direct Current or "DC"

• electricity. The electrons flow out of the solar panel and

into an inverter and other electrical safety devices. The inverter converts that "DC" power (commonly used in batteries) into Alternating Current or "AC" power. AC power is the kind

Southern California Edison (SCE) is warning residential and commercial customers that higher rates are coming (again) across the board. That makes no less than three significant rate increases in less than two years, with no sign of slowing down. Most of us are probably aware that Edison bills most customers in TIERS, based on their total usage over the month. Electricity starts out cheap in tier 1, and then gets progressively more expensive as your usage climbs into tiers 2, 3, and 4. What most of us don’t pay as much attention to is the rate at which prices increase over time. In January of 2013, we saw tier graphs on SCE bills indicating a 26% jump in the price per kWh in tier 3 alone, year over year. Then in May, they eliminated the hugely expensive tier 5 (hooray!) while simultaneously increasing the prices in tiers 3 and 4 again (boo!). They also decreased the amount of electricity in tier 1, so that power gets more expensive earlier in the month.

1/ In order to process the solar system for your house, we need to know how many kilo Watt (kW) electricity you actually used in the past 12 months. Because we do have 4 different seasons in a year, and usually you will use more electricity on the Summer for air-conditioning and also use more electricity on the Winter for heating, that's why your kW electricity usage will be different. We have to calculate and combine all your 12 months kW usage then divide by 12 to get the monthly average kW usage. Based on that monthly average kW usage, we will generate the system exactly and equally the number of kW usage that you need to have. Based on that system size we generated for you, we then will do a proposal and will let you know how much your monthly payment will be. But no matter how big your system size is, your monthly payment will be much cheaper than what you are paying to your current electricity company.

2/ So, if you still kept all 12 months electric bills, then please send it to us. Otherwise, we can request those kW usage records from your current electricity company, but in order to do that, we need:

• Your current home address (your electric utility services address)
• Name on your electricity bill (you or one of your family members)
• The last 4 digits of the social security number.
• Your home phone or cell phone number which is associated with your

current electricity account (the phone number you usually provided to your electricity company when you call them) 3/ We have 2 options for you to choose from: You can choose Solar Purchase Plan or Solar leasing Plan.

• For Solar Purchase Plan: The payment term is 12 years with a very low and

competitive flat monthly payments

• For Solar Leasing Plan: The payment term is 20 years and with a very low

and competitive monthly payments.
