  10. TM 2. Evidence gathering Evidence can come in many forms depending on the criteria and the size of your company. The goal is to make sure the assessor is satisfied you have done enough to achieve ‘fully met’ for the criteria • Working policy document, • Meeting minutes • Staff surveys • An email, • Information leaflets • Photographic evidence of past events, • Training records

Site visit and assessment The assessor will look to see wellbeing in action and will conduct: • Face to face interviews with senior management • Focus groups with staff on their experience of health, safety and wellbeing • Site tours for evidence of wellbeing activity (display of posters, health and safety signage etc..) • The evidence is assessed against the standards of The KeepWell Mark
